El pasado 26 Junio se llevó a cabo en Country Hotel de Lima una conferencia con la prestigiosa empresa de selección de talento CT Partners, con asistencia de 65 antiguos alumnos del IE y los 8 participantes del programa Emzingo del IMBA quienes inician estos días sus actividades de verano en Lima.  Cali Santa Maria y Karim Brandes, socios principales de CT Partners, trataron temas sobre la adaptación de la hoja de vida, los factores más buscados por las empresas en puestos directivos, cómo enfrentar un proceso de selección, y manejo efectivo de la red de contactos. La participación fue activa y muy entusiasta por parte de los asistentes.

Last June 26 was held in Lima Country Hotel a prestigious Conference by CT Partners, a headhunting company, that brought together 65 alumni and the 8 IMBA students that are visiting Peru through the Emzingo’s Practice Program during the summer. Cali Santa Maria and Karim Brandes, Partrners Principals of CT, explained how to do the best CV, and which factors the companies are looking for in executive candidates. They also explained how to manage your network effectively to gain the best position, and what should we expect from a job selection process. The participants were very active and enthusiastic.
