Responsible for designing and organizing all career-related contents in the Master programs curricula to help our students map the most appropriate strategy for their career and to equip them with up-to-the-minute techniques for use in selection processes.

Christian is a current student in the International MBA and writes for our blog as an IE Fellow. Prior to IE he has worked as a senior project manager in strategic consulting for a leading global financial institution. Within his leadership responsibilities he actively coached top talents and developed and conducted professional training. In his role, he regularly assessed and recruited people from major consultancies as well as graduates from top tier universities and business schools. In collaboration with his department head, he also led several campus recruiting activities.  

Frederick is one of our IE Community Fellows; he is currently a student in the Global MBA+ . He has a degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Houston and has a Juris Doctorate in Law from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. As a law student, Frederick was an article editor for the SMU Law Review Association, an internationally-circulated review journal. He has since become a Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance attorney at Skadden Arps. Frederick is actively involved in various professional groups and initiatives, including the Tahirih Justice Center, an organization that serves the needs of immigrant women fleeing gender-based violence. After completing his studies in the Global MBA+, Frederick plans on working in the development of alternative and renewable energy sector, or in executive management.

Carlos has developed his career in the area of Executive Search in Spain and the UK. In London, he worked for a leader of executive search firms, executing projects for EMEA. He has advised top companies on how to attract and retain talent, with a specialization in Banking and Finance. 

Digital Brand Manager - Alumni & Careers
Virginia has monitored since 2010 the IE Alumni presence in social media and developed the whole strategy, receiving alumni feedback and responding to all your comments on the social media. She's specially proud of the IE Alumni Official group on LinkedIn http://ow.ly/jHjo0 , which at the moment has more than 14,400 participants.
